Project Management
At War-Lock we can offer two types of Management service
dependant on the clients requirements.
Our Project Management service encompasses overall planning,
control and co-ordination of a project from conception to
completion including:
- Identification of the client's requirements.
- Feasibility and Design including preparation of drawings
and specification.
- Employment and Control of Sub Consultants if required.
- Advising on procurement and Contract.
- Establishing works on site including regular site
quality and safety inspections and meetings.
- Administering of works on site including all
certification.
- Ensuring timely completion of the project within set
budget.
- Site safety, including Planning Supervisor services if
required.
Construction Management
If the Project Management service we offer is too
extensive then we can simply offer our Construction
Management service which embraces all aspects of managing
the construction procurement process. This service simply
includes planning, management and co-ordination of the
project during the construction phase including:
- Advising on procurement and Contract.
- Establishing works on site including regular site
quality and safety inspections and meetings.
- Administering of works on site including all
certification.
- Ensuring timely completion of the project within set
budget.
- Site safety, including Planning Supervisor services
if required.
