There is no doubt that properties in need of modernisation
will more often than not provide the best investments. You will
normally be able to buy these properties at quite a lot less
than their modernized counterparts – although the differential
has narrowed considerably over the years. For investors who have
little or no knowledge of property refurbishment, this area of
expertise is crucial to your survival as a successful investor.
Costs can (and normally do) spiral out of control and you may be
left with an unforeseen nightmare at your new doorstep.
Upon initial inspection of the condition of the property, we
will be able to tell you the average refurbishment cost expected
- the estimated price is due to possible extra works needing to
be done in order to bring the property up to maximum potential.
As with all of our services we can offer a basic or a premier
service (Related costs will reflect the quality of the product
installed). The differences are solely in the products that we
install and their related costs. In both cases we will take
responsibility for the entire project from beginning to end and
simply hand the keys back to you once we have finished the job.
Commercial
From initial concept through to detailed designs and project
management of final installation, War-Lock provide a complete
commercial refurbishment service.
We advise on ways to increase storage and seating capabilities,
recommend options for specific tasks and propose effective work
environment solutions. Accurately surveying your premises, we
provide multiple detailed plans for your consideration, ensuring
that the use of space is maximised.
WAR-Lock has extensive experience of successful fit-outs in a
wide variety of site environments such as; fit-out to new build,
refurbishment in both occupied and unoccupied premises and
construction sites where our activity needs to be sequenced
amongst a variety of other trades and activities. Particular
consideration has to be given when construction is being
undertaken in premises where the normal working activities of a
client are being conducted.
Throughout, Health & Safety is paramount and War-Lock is
experienced in working with the CDM Regulations 2007 and
possesses a full suite of control documentation to ensure both
ours and your obligations are maintained throughout the project. |
